Wild Tales is a gentle rebellion against our forgotten digital mess. We wanted a way to bring our images out of the cloud and back into the wild where they can be remembered and enjoyed. Where you can keep the texture of your life in your hands, not in a feed.
We built this for ourselves, and for others who love images, but live real lives. People who don’t want another task, or “one day I’ll get to it” project. Just a simple, beautiful way to capture the busy days and fleeting milestones that make up life.

how it works
We use AI to curate a selection of 300-400 of your best images from throughout the year. We select, edit, and stylise them into a beautiful, story-driven journal. We use photo metadata to annotate your story and help preserve your memories for years to come.
Each journal is carefully designed with the intention of being picked up and flicked through by the whole family. We use the finest materials, delivering a boutique artesian soft-cover magazine to right into your hands.

1 the time problem
Traditional photobooks take hours. Uploading images, choosing photos, arranging layouts. Almost everyone has the intention, but most people never get around to it, not because it’s not important, but because it’s impossible to find the time. We’ve taken the time intensity out of the process.
3 the screen problem
We love iphones because they’ve made photography so accessible. But the last thing any of us needs is to spend more time on the things. Particularly our kids. We wanted to get your memories into a different medium, something you can hold, flip through, leave on table, return to. Our books bring memories back into the wild, where they feel more real and more lasting.
2 the effort problem
Design shouldn’t be another job. Choosing templates, sizing images, worrying if the quality will be good enough in printed form. We do the curation, editing and composition for you, improving individual images and the collective result. Our books look intentionally designed, because they are.
4 the quality problem
No disrespect to anyone already in the market, but we found that most of the photobook companies cut corners on quality. Using templates and producing books that look…well, cheap. Thin paper, clunky layouts, forgettable design. We’re designers at heart, and have carefully curated books that not only look good, but will last. We use premium paper, clean editorial layouts, durable binding and distinct features.
